AOL updates their search site to be iPod Touch compatible

Following other large web-based search engines such as Google, Yahoo! and Ask.com. AOL has released their iPhone/iPod Touch compatible search engine. The search engine will run when you go to www.search.aol.com through the mobile Safari browser.

The site will include all of the features the desktop version has, (Moviefone, MapQuest, and CityGuide) but placed together in an Touch friendly interface. Since Apple’s Touch devices are the highest percentage of devices that use mobile internet this is a very good move for AOL and more companies will join in as the months go on.
