The Apple store will be holding a special one-day shopping sale to keep the tradition of Black Friday on Friday the 23rd. It doesn’t look like there will be any major sellouts or deals on the store, but there will most likely be combo deals, and a few discounts for accessories and possibly small discounts for laptops. I’m not sure how Apple usually does Black Friday, but usually Apple doesn’t have anything more than 5-10%.
Scrounge up what you can, and check the Apple store on the 23rd for whatever discounts you can get. If you know any of the Black Friday Apple deals, feel free to drop me an email, or a comment.

I waited for the Touch discount that I knew wouldn’t come. My company is part of the Apple Employee Purchase Program, so I was able to get the 16GB Touch at $375 and the 4GB Nano at $129. Apple has stores in TX, so I had to pay sales tax.
The 8GB Nano was $178, but there was no discount on the iPhone at all.
I would encourage everyone to enquire with their employers if they are any size at all.
