If you enjoy a book or too for entertainment and wish to have a mobile solution to read with out caring around a book then LexCycle has you covered with their newly released 2.0 software Stanza. Stanza is an eBook program that allows you to read your downloaded books on your Mac, Pc, iPhone, iPod Touch and a Kindle.

“First, head to the App Store and grab the free download of Stanza. It comes with one book: H.G. Wells’ The Time Machine (well worth reading if you haven’t already). Using the application is as easy as you’d expect. At left you see the library page. Here you pick your book, listed by author or title. Click on one and the text slides across to fill the screen. Font size is controllable while you are reading, but to change fonts and colors you need to visit the iPhone’s central settings section.
To turn a page, you either swipe with a finger, or just touch the edges of the screen to page back and forth. You can also jump to a particular chapter by tapping the screen once to bring up the inline options. Stanza will also remember your place automatically. Even if you switch to another book in the meantime, the bookmarks are still in place when you come back. If you want to find a specific passage, you can search on words or phrases. Right now this doesn’t extend to the whole book — you can only search in the current chapter, but given this limit it works fine.”
So if you have been looking for a simple and fun way to read books on the go, Stanza is your best bet. They also plan on adding many more books and titles I the future.

Your “free” download link is incorrect. It takes you to a spam-like home based business site. Please check and update.
caring “”do you mean “carrying
or is “caring deliberately misspelled

jacquelin: It’s not his website… certain keywords get links to those spam pages you’re talking about. Just Google it
joy: Thanks for pointing it out, english major, no one would have noticed “with out” your help… Your intelligence is blinding.

After hearing two of my colleagues go on and on about their Kindles (1), I immediately went back to my office to order one of my own. Pleased to discover the Kindle 2, I made my impulse purchase and wondered if I was really going to use it. Up to this point, I haven’t read a large amount of tangible books. Every once in awhile, I’d pick one up and it would take me two to three weeks to finish it because I’d often forget to bring it with me.
In the process of waiting for my Kindle 2 to arrive, I purchased books via Whisper Net so that they would be on my device when it arrived. As soon as I finished my tutorial, I was off and reading! I read a whole book in two days and found myself trying to figure out what I would read next! I downloaded three different types of the Bible on it, and I use them in church! Many books later, now, I cannot leave my house without my Kindle and while I’m out, I can’t help but to be a spokesperson for it! It’s the wave of the future, combining 21st Century technology skills with basic reading! I love it and recommend it to all!
While this matter can be very tough for most people, my notion is that there has to be a middle or common ground that we all can find. I do treasure that you’ve added relevant and intelligent commentary here though. Very much thanks to you!
Laptops will change the United States when they are accessible to everyone financially. Think of every man and women, having a personal laptop.
