Electronista has now claimed that Apple has now started seeding a early version of the SDK to some developers. The SDK (Software Development Kit) was announced in early October and allows a legal way to put 3rd party apps of you iPod.

This early version of the kit is described as “rough versions” of the tools that will be used to create native apps. Although Elctronista is unable to provide many details it is very likely, as of Apple has done this before for their other products.
It has also been said this kit “somewhat resembles Google’s own SDK Open Social. This is been said to suggest that this will be released earlier then planned but no official statements have been released.
