NewerTech Unleashes 6 New accessories for iPhone/iPod Touch

Coming up at Macworld on the 15th NewerTech is set to launch six new intuitive accessories for the iPhone/iPod Touch. Most of the accessories include a mic, which may or may not work with VOIP.

These accessories include…
- A speaker dock with hands free mic that includes a couple 2-watt speakers
- Dock includes “Improved” mic that doubles as charger
- A hands free mic and earbud with a 39” cable and shirt clip
- A mic extender to give your iPhone hands free fun using your own earbuds
- A headphone adapter to overcome the recessed port on the iPhone
- A set of buds with noise reduction to reduce noise by 42 decibels
- And finally a car charger for use on the go
Although these accessories have yet to been tested the prices are great which always help. The prices on these accessories range from $13 to $35 and will be released at Macworld.

On their website newertech.net the only product on the list that works with the ipod is the car charger. All the rest are specifically tagged for the iphone.
Currently waiting for my macally ivoice III to show up from ebay. That looks like my best bet for voip right now. Just need to find some free sip minutes somewhere. freecalls.com says you get 300 minutes free but I only got about 10 minutes before I got the message that I was out of minutes.
