As you all know Apple is going to be charging iPod Touch owners yet again for the new features of the software version 2.0. However it is not as it was last time by cutting the price in half to the reasonable price of $10. This is an ok amount to pay for all of the features you get with iPod Touch Version 2.0.

Yes it is true, today Apple announced the release of the 3G iPhone in June. The phone will be set at $199 for the 8gb model and $299 for the 16 GB model. These are around $100 dollar less to their “Little Brothers”. This could mean there might be a great drop in iPod Touch prices, because many people wanted a touch could by an iPhone for cheaper and hack it to make it work with out a plan. Apple has now confirmed rumors about the availability of a free iPod Touch with the purchase of a Mac, only if you are a college student. So if your a college student and wanted a Mac and an Apple Touch Device then head on down to your local Apple store and make a purchase.

Every year Apple has made a special back to school program available for students heading back to school. Last year they made the offers only available to college students and this year rumors are circulating that they might include a free 8GB touch with a Mac purchase.
