SlingPlayer for iPod Touch?

At 9to5Mac they have said to have an “extremely senior source” at sling media. They have reportedly said that they will have an iPhone and iPod Touch version of their SlingPlayer client coming soon.

Sling Media is the company who sells the SlingBox which allows users to stream video over an internet connection to any supported device (Mac, PC, Mobile phone). This will work if you are in a Wi-Fi hotspot because Sling Media is said to be worried the AT&T EDGE service will not be fast enough for streaming media.
Sling Media has been rumored to be one of the developers to get an early copy of the iPhone Software Development Kit (SDK). This could possibly mean they are designing an app for use with SlingPlayer.

Is this like youtube?
No it takes your tv and plays it on a computer. It can work with youtube though
This would be great! When I bought my iPod Touch, I anticipated I’d be able to watch my slingbox on it.
